In an attempt to get out more and stop hibernating i ventured into Knit club at
Babahogs Cafe in Falmouth, held every Wednesday 7 - 10. Mum taught me to knit and crochet as a little girl and i have picked both of them up and put them back down again over my nearly 40 years of making and doing but i do prefer crocheting.
I bought a fantastic book that teaches loads of stitches and encourages you to create your own patterns called
Beyond the square, Crochet Motifs by Edie EckmanThere are some fantastic websites that offer free crochet patterns
These are my recent creations.

A lonely lovebird...i will make her a loverman

Experimenting with stitches and shapes

A snuggle blanket to crochet under.

Funky little crobot which i started when my daughter-in-law was pregnant with Lilly, finally finished!
